We are currently in the process of converting this previous horse stable into a cannabis production/growfacility - which will eventually cultivate and produce pharmecutical grade cannabis for distribution by the Canadian Government.
This project presented many challenges. The existing site did not have the services provided to operate a large scale agricultural production facility. Nor did the bones of the building support the infrastructure that was required for a cannabis production facility. Once approved by the municipality, the civil scope became critical path for this project's success.
